David's Irish Hiking Scarf

David started knitting this scarf right around Rosh Hashanah and has split his knitting time between it, a pair of socks, and a roll-edged sweater for Son.

These are his first cables--lovely and very even. Isn't the color perfect for him, too?

that's wonderful! I love that your son first taught him how to knit too. :)

He did a great job! I agree with g-girl. How cool for both your husband & your son! Not every kid can say that they taught Dad how to knit.

How lovely! Even on my horrible work monitor I can see the craftsmanship.

I can't wait to show my husband :)

I'm jealous. I wish my husband would learn to knit. I'd be happy to share my stash if he'd just understand my passion for yarn!

Tell your hubby the scarf is beautiful, great job on the cables!
