
For the Dark Days Challenge (and for a local-foods dinner organized by friends in Gettysburg PA) we cooked a Sausage Strata (although I only rifted off the linked recipe):
From Rainbow Acres (the Amish farm from Lancaster PA which has a delivery arrangement with a group in our area):
