My first thought was.. "oh wow.. newspaper yarn!" followed by "hmm..wonder how they did that?" and then of course "is that laceweight? I wonder how that would knit up". Thanks for the link.. I'm inspired to go downstairs into the recycling bins and retrieve the Sunday newspapers that the city throws at us for free every weekend.. and see what I can do with it.
I am curious how the main process differs, if at all, from that which is used for the Habu paper yarn.

This sounds amazing! and it looks pretty too! I have some beads that are made from small strips of newspaper, so why not yarn too? amazing!
